We want you to buy OnRestro with confidence. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for OnRestro subscriptions.
Scope
This policy applies to subscriptions bought directly from Skyomi for the OnRestro restaurant software.
1. Annual subscription
OnRestro is sold as a paid annual subscription, payable in advance. We do not currently offer a free trial. If you would like to see the product before you buy, you can request a demo.
2. 72-hour cancellation window
- If you cancel within 72 hours of making your payment, we will refund the subscription fee you paid, after deducting any bank or payment charges we cannot recover.
- To cancel, email onrestroapp@gmail.com from the email address registered on your OnRestro account. Please include your restaurant name and the payment details.
- Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method or bank account within 10 working days.
3. After 72 hours
- Once the 72-hour window has passed, your annual subscription is final and non-refundable, even if you have not used all of its features.
- You can still cancel at any time to stop your subscription from renewing. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
4. If we cannot provide the service
If we are unable to activate your account or provide the service you paid for because of a reason on our side, we will refund the amount you paid in full.
5. Taxes
Where tax was charged on your payment, refunds of that tax follow the applicable tax rules.
6. Third-party fees
Fees charged by third-party services, such as payment gateways, messaging providers or other integrations, are not refundable by us.
7. Your data after cancellation
You can ask us for an export of your data. After cancellation or expiry, we delete your account and business data from our live systems within 180 days, except for information we must keep under law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable law.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Changes do not affect a subscription you have already paid for.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of India. The courts at Himmatnagar, Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
